Third Shift (PVT) Ltd, a co-partner of Media Factory, began working with Impulse Digital Lab in 2022 to produce high-quality content for some of Sri Lanka’s most beloved brands, including Laojee, RIDE, Kotmale, and Magic Ice Cream. With a diverse portfolio spanning beverages, dairy, and confectionery, Third Shift needed a content partner who could adapt quickly to different brand personalities and marketing needs.
Each brand under Third Shift’s umbrella had a unique audience and tone—from Laojee’s nostalgic, traditional warmth to Magic Ice Cream’s playful, indulgent appeal. The challenge was to create content that stayed true to each brand identity while meeting campaign objectives and engaging diverse consumer segments.
