This Return & Refund Policy applies only to digital products and subscription services purchased on our website. Physical products (if any) are subject to separate policies (not covered here).
Because our products are delivered digitally (immediately after payment, or via download/subscription access), and because digital products cannot be “returned” in the traditional sense once downloaded or accessed, all sales are treated as final.
By purchasing a digital product or subscription from us, you acknowledge and agree that all sales are final.
We do not provide refunds once the digital product has been delivered, downloaded, or access is granted.
For subscription services: Canceling the subscription will only stop future billing; any previous charges are not refundable.
We may consider refund requests in limited circumstances, including but not limited to:
Duplicate payments (e.g., you accidentally purchased the same product twice).
Technical issues that prevent you from accessing the product (e.g., download link fails, file corrupted, etc.).
If you believe your case qualifies under these exceptions, please contact us (see Section 7 below), providing full details (order number, issue description, proof of payment) so we can review.
To request a refund or report an access problem:

Include in your message: order number, date of purchase, product name, and a clear explanation of your request (e.g., duplicate purchase, download link didn’t work, file corrupted).
If we approve a refund, we will issue it via the original payment method within 5–10 business days (or as per the payment gateway’s processing times).
Please note: We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or decided you no longer need the product after download. Because digital goods can be accessed and copied easily, this restriction is necessary.
Purchased digital products are licensed to you for personal or business use only.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly display the content without explicit written permission. This helps protect our intellectual property and ensures fairness.
We strive to make sure all digital products are delivered correctly and work as described.
However, we do not guarantee that the products are error-free or meet every user’s expectations.
By purchasing, you agree to use them at your own risk. We disclaim liability for outcomes resulting from use of the materials. This is especially relevant if the digital product provides advice or guidance (e.g., marketing templates, strategy guides).
We reserve the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
