6. How to Request a Refund / Report Access Issues

7. No Refunds for Change of Mind or After Download

Please note: We do not offer refunds simply because you changed your mind or decided you no longer need the product after download. Because digital goods can be accessed and copied easily, this restriction is necessary.

8. License & Use Conditions

  • Purchased digital products are licensed to you for personal or business use only.

  • You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly display the content without explicit written permission. This helps protect our intellectual property and ensures fairness.

9. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

    • We strive to make sure all digital products are delivered correctly and work as described.

    • However, we do not guarantee that the products are error-free or meet every user’s expectations.

    • By purchasing, you agree to use them at your own risk. We disclaim liability for outcomes resulting from use of the materials. This is especially relevant if the digital product provides advice or guidance (e.g., marketing templates, strategy guides).
